According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No.3773 “On Additional Measures to Improve the Quality of Education in Higher Educational Institutions and Ensure their Active Participation in Large-Scale Reforms Implemented in the Country” dated June 5, 2018, from 2018/2019 academic year, admission of foreign citizens to undergraduate higher education institutions is carried out outside the quota of admission through interviews, without passing the test tests. The interview is conducted in accordance with the Temporary Instructions. Entry visas for foreign citizens who express a desire to enroll in higher educational institutions are issued without consular and other fees on the basis of visa applications from the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ministries and departments in charge of higher educational institutions.

Conditions for accepting documents: documents are accepted by the Institute admission committee within the time limits set by the State Attestation Committee (the deadlines for accepting documents are announced on the website of the institute).

List of documents:

1. Application addressed to the rector with the full name citizenship and specialty studies;

2. The national passport of a foreign citizen (a copy is submitted to the admissions office);

3. Diploma (or certificate) on graduating from a secondary specialized institution (or school);

4. Copy of residence permit in Uzbekistan (if available);

5. Health certificate (form 086);

6. Photos (3,5x4,5) - 6 pieces

Contract amount in sums:

Foreign students are provided with a dormitory place (one shower room and one bathroom for two rooms), they can also use the services of the Pakhtakor sports complex, polyclinic No. 48. The students are served by two libraries, where a huge base of electronic literature on architecture and construction is also available. During vacation time for foreign students trips to the cities of Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva are organized. During the trips, they are accompanied by Institute student volunteers.

At present, 13 foreign students from such countries as Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the Russian Federation, and Tajikistan are studying at Institute. Also, students from the Republic of Korea, Ukraine, and the USA studied at Institute.
