About the section
Budget organizations (hereinafter referred to as organizations) organize Accounting for budgetary and extra-budgetary funds (hereinafter referred to as Accounting) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Accounting", this Instruction and other regulatory legal acts.
Accounting at the Institute is conducted in the form of a memorial order for accounting in accordance with this Instruction. Ministries, state committees and departments, as well as organizations that are part of their system, keep accounting records in the form of a journal-order in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In the institute, it is necessary to ensure the organization and complete and accurate accounting, the order of control over financial and economic operations, the timeliness of calculations, as well as the safety of accounting documents.
The Chief accountant and the accountants of the accounting department carry out systematic control over the accounting and the correctness of the accounting statements in the system of their own accounting department (unless otherwise provided by law).
The chief accountant of the Institute reports directly to the head of the institute, and in matters of accounting, preparation and reporting-to the chief accountant of a higher organization, unless otherwise provided by law, and is responsible for maintaining accounting records at the Institute, timely and complete presentation of financial statements and performing the tasks set out in this instruction, as well as other regulatory legal acts
