Functions of the Monitoring and Internal Control Department
The Department of Monitoring and Internal Control (hereinafter - the Department) is a structural unit of the Tashkent architecture and civil engineering Institute (hereinafter - the Institute), which monitors the timely implementation of laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions, orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Protocol of meetings.
It organizes work on the timely execution by the structural divisions of the Institute of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, orders and instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions, orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, protocol of meetings, decisions, orders and instructions of the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Higher and secondary special education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
It controls the timely execution of documents on the basis of electronic document management and the document management system.
Coordinates the control works, studies the state of the discipline in all departments, provides the necessary assistance in eliminating the existing shortcomings, informs the rector of the Institute about the shortcomings.
Also It provides methodological assistance in ensuring the execution of documents on the basis of the implementation of the electronic office management and document management system at the Institute.
The department carries out preventive control, conducts the current (daily) and monthly analysis of executive discipline and provides information at meetings of the rector of the institute.
It develops proposals on increasing the effectiveness of executive control, as well as taking into account the implementation of documents and assignments on the basis of the introduction of new information technologies, improving the unified system of their circulation, analysis and control.
The structural divisions of the Institute – on the basis of the documents submitted by the executors of the documents on the fulfillment of assignments, carry out the work of their removal from control.
The structural divisions of the institute regularly purposefully study the organization and condition of the executive discipline control; provide practical assistance in eliminating identified errors and shortcomings. The study will develop suggestions and conclusions based on the results analysis.
It provides information to the rector about the results of the study of the state of the executive discipline in the structural divisions of the institute, controls the execution of orders on elimination of errors and shortcomings identified in accordance with its instruction.
If necessary, it makes a proposal to the rector on disciplinary measures established by law in relation to managers and responsible employees who do not comply with the executive discipline.
