In national and universal values, in the process of education and upbringing of high moral, ethical principles, adhering to the ideas of patriotism, loyalty to the people, nation, its own interests with national and human interests an ideologically immune system capable of understanding the common values of the people, who is in the spirit of intolerance to various religious, extremist, terrorist, general and harmful ideas that are foreign to our people, our nation, training personnel should be our strategic goal.
Spiritual and educational activities of the institute are carried out on the basis of decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Governmental Decrees, orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of Uzbekistan and orders of the rector.
