About the department
For the construction of new settlements and the national economy, highly qualified specialists were required. In 1923, the Central Asian State University was founded.In 1929, the Central Asian Cotton-growing Irrigation Polytechnic Institute was established. It consisted of the faculties of "Mechanics”,” Water management",” Agro-industry",” collective farm-state farm"and " construction". When creating the Faculty of Architecture at the Faculty of Construction of the city of Svarichevsky's merits are great.
